I am pleased to report that Poppy H in Year 6, obtained her black stripe in Tae Kwon Do recently.  Poppy worked extremely hard to achieve this award.  During her grading, Poppy undertook four patterns, sparring, step sparring and pad work whilst being observed by a world master in Tae Kwon Do. 
Poppy trains twice a week and works very hard. Well done Poppy, this is super news!
